About returns
When purchasing a product, you can choose whether to include a 10g free sample by selecting the option. If you are concerned about whether it will suit your skin, please be sure to include a sample and check if there are any problems with your skin before using the product. If the product does not suit your skin or the scent does not suit you, we will accept returns.
<In case of defective or damaged product>
Please contact us through the official website within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
We will respond to your request, whether it is a new product exchange or a return refund. If the item is defective or damaged, return shipping and reshipping fees will be borne by the shop.
<In case of personal circumstances>
If you use the sample and wish to return the product for a refund due to personal reasons such as it does not suit your skin or the scent does not suit you, we will only accept returns within one week of delivery and only if the product itself is unused and unopened. If you contact us through the official website, we will provide you with detailed instructions. Shipping costs for returns due to reasons other than ours, such as damaged or defective products, will be paid in advance.
