Returns

When purchasing a product, you can choose to include a free 10g sample in the option selection. If you are concerned about whether it suits your skin, please be sure to include a sample, use the sample first, and confirm there are no skin issues before using the main product. We will accept returns if it does not suit your skin or if the scent is not to your liking.

<In case of defective or damaged products>
Within one week of product arrival, please submit a request via the inquiry menu or send "返品" (return) to BUSY's official LINE account.
In case of defective or damaged products, the shop will bear the return shipping costs and re-shipping costs.
If you have any requests regarding returns or new product exchanges, please feel free to let us know, and we will accommodate your requests.

<In case of personal reasons>
Within one week of product arrival, please submit a request via the inquiry menu or send "返品" (return) to BUSY's official LINE account. Returns will be accepted even after use.
However, please note that for returns due to personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
