[Important] Apology and Announcement Regarding Hand Cream Shipping Costs

We have an important announcement regarding shipping fees for customers who purchased BUSY hand cream.

 

There was an error in the shipping fee display on our store. The correct shipping fee should have been a flat rate of 660 yen (tax included) nationwide, but when ordering one hand cream, it incorrectly displayed "Nekoposu 330 yen~". We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused our customers. We have already contacted the affected customers and completed the refund process.

 

Going forward, we will further strengthen our display content verification system to prevent similar issues from occurring again.
